Antique Spirits Decanter - Slight Purple Hue - Repeating 69 pattern - 8" tall

This is a rare find. A mold blown decanter with a repeating 69 pattern and a slight purple hue to it. Very pleasing to the eye. They say most glass made between 1850 and 1910 has manganese in it, which makes it turn purple when left in the sun. It has some chips and scuffs and some clouding which may chip away at its value, but I think adds to its rugged character. So if you like it, buy it, and make us both happy.
It stands 8" tall and weighs almost 2 lbs.
