Description

This is the 1930,Jerusalem Passover Haggadah printed by the Lipshitz publishing company in "palestine". This haggada was the FIRST COLORED Haggadah printed in the Land of Israel with original ERETZ YISRAEL illustrations (this is what the printer proclaims in the introduction to the Hagada). The Hagadah is the work of the Bezalel artist Al Hanani and the "composer" S Rozovski who composed original music for the text Had Gadya, Adir Hu and Echad Me Yodea. Contains also a copper inset on the front cover.
Has 43 very large pages (13 1/4 x 9.5 inches).
CONDITION: Used, Internally very good, scuffing to cover, some separation from covers.
