Bob Stowe Road Bike Frameset 51CM Vintage Handbuilt Made in USA Phase 3 Cycles. Condition is "Used".
Please see photos, Neon pink paint has faded in areas, but it's super bright, the photos don't do it justice! This frame is a head turner! There are a bunch of spots where the paint is chipping or scratched, please be sure to check all photos. No dents or crashes, just paint chips.
Seat tube is 51cm seat-tube, center to center.

Standover is 30.25 inches or 769mm with 700x28 tires on
