Essentials for the Home Wine Carafe Model 2171 (NEW in box) Discontinued item!

I scoured the entire Internet, including eBay, Amazon and several websites
that specialize in items like this for the home and was unable to find even ONE exact
duplicate of this item and I don't know why. I did find fairly similar ones priced from .99 all the way up to .99 depending on the brand name and actual size. Most were 11" tall and hold 35 ounces while this one is 14" tall and holds 50 ounces.
I called the Home Essentials company and they said this item was discontinued at LEAST 7 years ago as the model number (2171) has been reassigned to a totally different item currently.
I happened to find a business card inside the box at the very bottom with the name & number of a NY company that specialises in gifts for weddings & anniversaries and a helpful woman told me they used to sell this exact item for about 40 dollars back around 2005.
If you're looking for a nice gift for someone that you won't find anywhere else and want to give them something unique and rare, well here ya go!
