The Ranger® 305 G is a powerful multiprocess stick, TIG, wire and pipe welding engine-driven welder that is ready for all day, everyday performance. It includes Lincoln Chopper Technology® for superior arc performance.

Excellent DC multi-process welding for general purpose stick, downhill pipe (stick), TIG, cored-wire, MIG (CO2 and mixed gas) and arc gouging.
Only compact gasoline welder in North America rated at 29V for 300 amps of stick welding.
CV wire welding with up to 5/64 in. (2.0 mm) diameter electrodes.
Digital Weld Meters
Digital weld meters for amps and volts makes it easy to precisely pre-set your procedures and monitor actual welding output.
Superior Arc Performance
Lincoln Chopper Technology – provides easy starts, a smooth arc, low spatter and excellent bead appearance.
10,500 Watts Peak Single-Phase AC Generator Power
10,500 watts peak for motor starting.
9,500 watts continuous for high capacity needs such as a back-up generator, powering a Lincoln Invertec® inverter welder. Also use for lights, a grinder or other power tools.
AC generator voltage is constant at 120V or 240V at any weld dial setting.
Skewed Rotor Design
Skewed rotor design provides AC power suitable for operating Lincoln Electric inverter power sources. Lincoln Electric was the first in the welding industry with this feature.

Heavy items that ship via LTL do NOT include liftgate delivery.  The customer must be able to get it off the truck.  If a liftgate is needed, please let us know that in advance and there will be an additional fee charged.

Shipping Policies
We suggest Priority Mail for lighter weight items under 4lbs and UPS for heavier items when shipping in the Unites States. WE USUALLY SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER PAYMENT RECEIVED, SAME DAY IN SOME CASES. Tracking information will be sent once order has shipped. We strive to always have stock available for shipping, but from time to time stock-outs may occur. Some welders are not stock items and will be ordered from manufacturer when paid for. It usually takes only a few days to ship to you. We are open M-F 8-4 Eastern. Orders received over the weekend are processed on Monday and usually ship Monday or Tuesday.
All items are covered by Manufacturer warranties. We will help you with any warranty issues. Small items shipped by UPS ground, FedEx Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, unless you choose 1st or 2nd day air at additional charge. Larger welders are shipped via common carrier of our choice. We get it to your door. Additional charges for lift gates or special delivery are at your cost.
