This is a model MEP-016B 3,600 rpm military diesel generator that is rated for 3,000 watts, but can often sustain loads up to 4,500 watts.  This is a very capable generator for contractors who require hundreds of hours of power generation while working at sites with no power, running your cottage, or using as a back-up power source for maintaining the essentials at your home or business during a power outage.  This generator has 1.6 hours on the meter, is switchable between single and 3 phase, and has a built-in cold weather starting aid.  Batteries shown in photos are not included (requires two 12 volt automotive batteries).  I loaded this generator with a 1,500 watt heater, set the heater to max heat and high fan, and the meter displayed an approximate 30% load.  Click
