DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
The item will be shipped inside a well-packed bubble envelope. I normally ship three times a week. The cost of shipping & handling with mandatory domestic tracking will be determined by location. I'm offering shipping via USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail (Express requires signature upon delivery). Once the item is shipped i cannot be responsible for its safety or damage or loss by USPS as well as postal delays unless insurance is purchased at a cost of .70.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I ship to most countries around the world. The cost of shipping & handling will be determined by location. I'm offering shipping via USPS 1st Class Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International & USPS Express Mail International. Items shipped via 1st Class Mail International usually arrive within 25 business days but on occasion can take longer than that (up to 40-45 business days). Items shipped via Priority & Express Mail International usually arrive within 10 & 5 business days respectively but can also take longer than that on occasion.  Please note that these delivery estimates do not include customs processing time which varies from country to country & could take up to 2-3 weeks. All customs fees and/or taxes collected in foreign countries are the responsibility of the buyer. International insurance are available for Priority & Express Mail only. It is optional & available only at request of the buyer & for an additional fee. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued ONLY if insurance was purchased. International tracking is available for Express Mail ONLY (only exceptions are Canada & some European countries, its available on all packages going there).

RETURNS:
I will accept returns at my discretion & for good reason. Buyer should request a return within 14 days of receipt. Item must be returned in the same condition as it was received in. Returns are made at buyer's expense. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
