It's best to assume the frame gouges look worse in person than they show in the pics. I've attempted to show all the major spots. Unsure what if anything would need to be done to make this ok to ride. Headset, bottom bracket, stem, bars, all included. Please have your local mechanic inspect before riding. Sold as-is.
