ZVI BERGER BEIT SHEAN THE ROMAN THEATRE AND THE NEW TOWN 40 ISRAEL HORIZONS SERIES ORIGINAL PAINTING
Zvi Berger was born in Haifa 1935 .
In the years 1959-1962, Berger studied at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem . With his good friend Prof. Ze'ev Vilnai, he published an album entitled "Israel Horizons" which included 56 original lithographs. The work on the album lasted three years: Vilnai contributed to an album rich in knowledge of the landscapes of the country, and Berger, like 19th-century painters, took notes in his pencil. The album won a silver medal at the 6th Festival of Art Albums in Milan, Italy, in 1965.
